Over the past two decades, DuPage County, like most of northern Illinois, has become far more diverse. The Federation began working on community planning by developing a series of Profiles of Vulnerable Populations. The purpose of this planning effort is to identify those emerging issues that need collaborative approaches, and to organize the appropriate coalitions to address them.
Intended for decision makers, including funders and service providers, these reports draw attention to the needs of these populations, and they provide data supporting their recommendations.
