The Immigrant Integration Forum brings together professionals from human services, education, health care, and local government to strengthen support for immigrant and refugee communities. It’s a space to share ideas, learn from one another, and explore ways to improve access, build capacity, and create communities where everyone can thrive

Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez
U.S. House of Representatives (IL-03)
Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez, a proud daughter of Guatemalan immigrants and a lifelong advocate for working families, will offer the Welcoming Address at this year’s forum. As the first Latina elected to Congress from the Midwest, she brings a powerful voice for equity, housing, healthcare, and immigrant rights. Her deep roots in community organizing and public service continue to shape her leadership on the national stage.

Abogada “Rocio” Becerril
Rocío S. Becerril is a dedicated immigration attorney and the founder of the Law Office of RSB, where she has built a reputation for providing compassionate legal support to individuals navigating the complex U.S. immigration system. Born in Mexico and arriving in the U.S. at age 10, Rocío’s personal experiences overcoming legal challenges fueled her passion for immigration law. She is the first in her family to attend college, earning degrees from College of DuPage, the University of Illinois at Chicago, and Northern Illinois University College of Law.
In 2012, Rocío established her law firm to offer compassionate, accessible legal services to individuals and families facing deportation, citizenship applications, and other immigration issues. She has worked with organizations such as World Relief Chicago and the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights, providing free legal education and advocacy.
Recognized as one of Illinois' top immigration attorneys, Rocío has been featured on Telemundo Chicago, NBC Chicago, and Univision Chicago. She has held leadership roles in the DuPage County Bar Association and continues to inspire others through her legal work, public outreach, and commitment to immigrant rights.

Developed through a collaboration between trusted partners—including The Resurrection Project, ICIRR, the National Immigrant Justice Center, IDHS, and the City of Chicago’s Office of Immigrant, Migrant and Refugee Rights—IllinoisImmigrationInfo.org is a free, public website created to provide clear, reliable information to immigrants, advocates, and allies.
