Payment of Fees
Program Cancellation or Modification
Participants can pay by check, cash, PayPal or credit card through PayPal. Full class fee must be paid by mid-terms unless other arrangements have been made.

- Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to class start - Full refund minus $10 processing fee.
- Cancellations made 1-29 days prior to class start - 50% refund of fees.
- Cancellations on first day of class or at any time during the training session - No refunds.
We do not provide refunds for non-attendance. You are welcome to call in advance (please note cancellation policy above) to reschedule attendance at a later session. No refund is provided if you are unable to attend a rescheduled session.
Occasionally, LARC must modify fees, content and faculty without prior notice. If a program is cancelled, LARC will attempt to notify registered participants 10 days prior to the scheduled date of the program. If the session fails to meet minimum number of participants needed one week before the first class, the session will be cancelled.
