The Human Impact of Illinois Budget Cuts (video)

The three short videos below are conversations with people who are affected by Illinois budget cuts to human services.  They were recorded in 2009 when large cuts were enacted by the State Legislature.  Since that time, even more cuts have been approved, impacting even more people.  These cuts affect children, the elderly, people with disabilities, the homeless, survivors of violence, the hungry, and many other people in need.
