Comprehensive Planning and Research

The three overall goals for the Federation’s planning effort include to profile the needs, existing resources and gaps in services for selected vulnerable populations; to identify types, amounts and purpose of existing funding for human services in DuPage; and to develop recommendations for funders and other decision makers regarding ways to fill gaps in services and to improve services to vulnerable populations, as well as the relative priorities of the needs.
